In the summer of 2006 I was required to move to a new area with my husband who was ill. I contacted Michael and asked if he would be willing to help me find a home in this area, 65 miles from the area I had been living in. Michael was very patient and considerate with us. We needed a rambler there were very few of them on the market. We thought we were ready to put a bid on one home but he took the time to look into the prospects of being able to add on to it. He showed us that our plans would not work. He could have made a sale at that time but he had our interests in view. When we found this place we were in it within four days of the day he first showed it to us. Our family has found Michael to be honest and a man of integrity. If I should ever need the services of a Real Estate Agent again, I would call on him in a heartbeat.

When we came to see Mike, we had a bit of a different agenda than probably most clients. My wife and I were wanting to completely change our lives by becoming "homesteaders". We were seeking raw land or maybe something with a small structure on it. Our budget was limited, and we had a long, specific list of desirables... we also lived 9 hours away from the North Spokane area we were wanting to move to, which made it even more difficult... but Mike jumped on things right away and started hunting for us! Soon, we were driving and hiking, splashing on bug repellant, slogging through wooded areas in the rain, and endlessly looking for land and lots that sometimes didn't seem to exist... but Mike never quit!... He's like the Daniel Boone of property search and also the Meriwether Lewis of wisdom and practicality when it comes to starting out on a vacant piece of property and understanding all that it might entail.
Needless to say, Mike located our dream-20 acre property with deep wooded valleys, lush forests and a beautiful, clean water source! We are off-grid, have been living in a tent for 2 months (since September 2023), and are completely ecstatic! Next week, our small cabin will be built on-site. We would HIGHLY recommend Mike for WHATEVER type of location you are seeking! His thoroughness, attention to detail, and truly concerned interest for your best outcome are his greatest attributes. We were sure that at times, he thought we were just a little bit off our rockers in what we wanted... but he just smiled and enthusiastically said..."lets go check it out!"
